The LOOP respects participant privacy and takes reasonable measures to protect submitted personal information. Information collected may include names, contact information, social media handles, payment information, music submissions, and event participation data solely for operational, promotional, and organizational purposes.

The LOOP does not sell personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with affiliated venues, event partners, coordinators, or collaborators strictly as necessary for event operations and services.

Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information at any time by submitting a written request to The LOOP. Upon verified request, non-essential personal data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable.

By participating in The LOOP, attending events, or submitting information, participants acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in this disclaimer.

The LOOP Standard Participation Agreement

Participation in The LOOP is voluntary and does not create any employment, management, partnership, or ownership relationship unless otherwise stated in writing.

Participants agree to:

  • Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
  • Avoid harassment, threats, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
  • Maintain responsibility for their own content, business affairs, and intellectual property
  • Grant The LOOP permission to repost or use submitted or publicly shared promotional materials related to affiliated events and activities
  • The LOOP reserves the right to remove or deny participation to any individual whose conduct is deemed harmful to the safety, operations, reputation, or integrity of the organization or its participants.
  • Participation in events, showcases, or revenue-share opportunities may require additional written agreements outlining compensation, ticket expectations, or performance obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted under California law, The LOOP and affiliated entities shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, reputational, financial, or consequential damages arising from participation in its events, programs, or communications.

By participating in The LOOP, individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
